Why is it called CHIOS mastic specifically? Because this mastic can only grow in the southern part of the Greek island of CHIOS due to its unique soil composition, microclimate, and traditional cultivation culture.

Made by fermenting a mixture of 17 high-quality plant components (seeds, berries, leaves, roots, etc.) with organic UNREFINED, UNFILTERED and UNPASTEURIZED wild apple cider vinegar. This creates an extract with a perfectly balanced taste.
Our vinegar is UNPASTEURIZED (!). Industrially produced vinegars are pasteurized, so they no longer have the characteristics of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is cloudy, and if it is stored open, more sediment will accumulate. These are signs of further fermentation and proof that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. Live and "unquenched"!
Properties of main ingredients:
Coriander (Latin: Coriandrum sativum): helps maintain normal digestion.
Caraway (Latin: Carum carvi L.): helps maintain immune and digestive system function; useful during lactation; has a spasmolytic effect, i.e., relaxes the smooth muscles of the digestive tract.
Preparation and use:
- In the morning or at another time of day before a meal, we recommend drinking a glass of warm water with 2 teaspoons or 0.5-1 tablespoon of this vinegar.
- If desired, sweeten with honey.
- You can use it to enrich various dishes.
