Ingredients:
- MATCHA CEREMONIAL / PREMIUM: 100% Japanese green tea from the 1st harvest.
- MATCHA TRADITIONAL: 100% Japanese green tea from the 1st and 2nd harvests.
- MATCHA DAILY: 100% Japanese green tea from the 2nd and 3rd harvests.
- MATCHA PREMIUM FOOD GRADE: 100% Japanese green tea from the 3rd harvest.
Preparation and Use:
- Add 1/5 of a teaspoon (~2 g) of tea.
- Pour 80-100 ml of hot (but not boiling, ~50-80 °C) water.
- Whisk with a bamboo whisk, spoon, or hand mixer until thick green foam forms, and the tea is smooth and lump-free.
- Drink whenever you desire.
