Even when trying to follow a healthy diet, we sometimes want to indulge in sweets, which are often said to be unhealthy food. The good news for sweet lovers is that a healthier treat can be made for yourself and your family. That's what my book "Super Desserts" is all about.

I had been planning to write this book for quite some time. When I started preparing desserts and cakes unconventionally ten years ago – without baking, without using baking flours, white sugar, baking powder, or any synthetic additives – I noticed that the taste surpassed traditional ones. Everyone who tasted them (and still tastes them now) showers them with praise. So I decided to share my experience with you and encourage you to try something new.
It's surprising to many that something unique and exceptional can be created from such well-known ingredients, and, most importantly, without spoiling the products that nature has grown.
You just need to know how to combine them, give them texture, flavor, and create ever-changing appearances. This is how a distinctive style is born. Moreover, I always emphasize that no synthetic additives are needed.
Nature provides real, unspoiled products. So let's choose them and be healthier.

The author began making desserts this way many years ago: no baking, and none of the usual baking flour, white sugar, baking powder or synthetic additives.
