FAMILY / ANCESTRAL TREE POWER ACTIVATION

The programme recording is now available. This programme brings together knowledge and practices I have gathered over several years, intended to restore connection with your family lineage and ancestors: clearing ancestral patterns, connecting through meditation, honouring and nourishing the ancestors, and receiving the resources of your lineage.

This is not just one meditation or ritual. To me, it is an integrated process of working with what I call our roots, our support and the strength of our lineage:

MEMORY → CLEARING PATTERNS → RESTORING CONNECTION → HONOURING AND NOURISHING → RECEIVING ANCESTRAL RESOURCES → PASSING THEM ON.

Since ancient times, people have understood themselves not only as individuals, but also as a continuation of their family lineage. Behind each of us stands an immense family tree, whose roots reach far beyond our own memory.

We have 2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 great-grandparents, and 16 ancestral positions in the fourth generation, 32 in the fifth, 64 in the sixth and 128 in the seventh. Over just 7 generations, these total 254; over 10 generations, 2,046; over 15, as many as 65,534. In more distant generations, family lines overlap, so these are not all different people. Yet the numbers help convey the scale: behind one person stands an enormous ancestral structure.

It is no coincidence that we represent a family lineage as a tree. We cannot see its roots, yet they hold and nourish it. Likewise, we do not know the names, lives, talents and stories of hundreds of our ancestors, but without previous generations, we would not be here today.

Not being able to see our roots does not mean they do not exist.

Over the centuries, a living connection with the lineage has weakened or been lost in many families. Religious and cultural traditions changed; wars, occupations, deportations and migration occurred; families were separated; homes, documents, customs and stories passed down through generations were lost. One generation still knew its ancestors' names and stories, the next remembered only fragments, and today many of us know our family history only as far back as our grandparents or great-grandparents.

But that is not where our family tree ends. It is only where our knowledge of it ends.

The lineage continues within us. We inherit genetic information, while families pass down patterns of relationships, love, security, money, work, family and life from one generation to the next. Science studies the intergenerational effects of traumatic experiences and certain epigenetic mechanisms. Ancient spiritual traditions spoke about ancestral heritage in a different language, through ancestral memory, strength, fate and roots. Spiritual traditions also contain the idea of a family field or shared ancestral field. This is not the same as what science studies, but it all reminds us of something important:

a person does not begin with themselves.

This is where the most important part of this work opens up for me. We talk a great deal about what needs to be cleared from our lineage: negative patterns, repetitions, fears and difficult stories. But our lineage contains more than what we want to bring to an end.

Our lineage holds an immense RESOURCE.

If so many lives stand behind us, they contain the strength to survive, creativity, intuition, the ability to heal, understand plants, build a family, love, work, create prosperity, start again and rise after the greatest losses.

Someone in our lineage was a creator. Someone healed. Someone understood plants. Someone built a business and prosperity. Someone had exceptional intuition. Someone sustained an entire family through the hardest times with their own hands and determination.

We may no longer know their names, but that does not mean the traces of their lives have disappeared.

That is why it matters to me to ask not only:

“Which negative ancestral patterns do I want to end?”

But also:

“What strength stands behind me? What good have I received from my ancestors? Which of their talents, abilities and strengths can continue through me?”

For several years, I have been exploring the family tree, gathering knowledge, studying ancient traditions, rituals and practices, and looking for ways to restore what we have lost over time. Perhaps it is no coincidence that this subject guides me so strongly: I was born under Cancer, a sign associated in astrological tradition with family, home, roots, lineage and ancestral memory.

Now I feel strongly that it is time not only to live by this knowledge myself, but to share it with others.

That is why I am sharing the recording of the ACTIVATING THE POWER OF YOUR FAMILY / ANCESTRAL TREE programme, which brings together foundational knowledge and practices: clearing ancestral patterns, restoring connection, meditative connection, honouring and nourishing ancestors, and receiving the resources of your lineage.

This work concerns not only what we want to leave in the past, but also what is valuable in our lineage that we want to carry into our lives and pass on.

The family tree is not something left in the past. Its roots are behind us, we are its present, and through us it grows into the future.

We cannot change our ancestors' lives, but we can choose more consciously what to carry forward from this immense tree.

We are not the end of the family tree. We are where the ancestors' past meets the future of coming generations.

Sometimes, to know clearly where we are going, we first need to remember where we came from and the powerful ancestral structure standing behind us. 🌳
