Strawberry-blueberry cake. No flour, no sugar, no gluten!

Even when trying to follow a healthy diet, sometimes we want to indulge in sweets, which, they say, are not really healthy food. for those with a sweet tooth, it's possible to make a healthier treat for yourself and your family.

Base:
150g of almonds;
100 g of sunflower,
150 g soaked dates,

50 g of coconut oil,

a pinch of salt, cinnamon.

Filling:
300 g of soaked (optional) cashews,
1 glass of strawberries,
0.5 glasses of blueberries

0.5-1 glass of honey (according to taste and sweetness of berries)
3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds,
a pinch of salt,
150 g of coconut oil, melted

Progress:
Grind almonds, sunflowers (partially) with a food grinder. Mix with date paste

(which is obtained by grinding soaked dates) Line the selected cake-shaped container.

About 1-1.5 cm thick.

Filling : grind cashews with 0.5-1 glass of water in a blender. Pour half a glass. A homogeneous mass should be obtained. Much depends on the freshness, drying and quality of the nuts.
Then add all other remaining products. Only the berry at the very end. Grind briefly so that the seeds remain unground.
Pour the resulting homogeneous mass on the base of the cake and leave it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Then we keep it in the refrigerator before serving.
I decorated with blueberries and strawberries.
