We develop and manufacture GraSole products ourselves – in our own GMP and HACCP certified factory in Vilnius, with no middlemen, first-hand. Here is everything we can prove with documents: the certificates, their numbers, the production process and the place.

In March 2026 the independent certification body BM Certification audited our factory in Vilnius and confirmed that production control and internal processes meet GMP and HACCP requirements.

Scope of certification

Production of plant-based food supplements, teas, herbal vinegars and dry superfood mixes by milling, mixing, dosing, encapsulation and maturation processes. Packed in plastic bottles and pouches, combined plastic and paper pouches, and glass bottles.

HOW WE MAKE IT

From raw material to package – first-hand

No step is outsourced. Everything happens in our factory in Vilnius, following written procedures, with records for every batch.

    Raw material intake and checks

    Suppliers are evaluated; raw materials are accepted only with documents and checked before entering production.

  2. 02

    Milling and mixing

    Plant raw materials are milled and blended to our own formulas – none of them is bought off the shelf.

  3. 03

    Dosing and encapsulation

    Powders are dosed and encapsulated on our own lines; every batch is weighed and recorded.

  4. 04

    Maturation

    Herbal vinegars and blends mature under controlled conditions until they reach the required quality.

  5. 05

    Packing

    Bottles, pouches, stick-pack portions and glass bottles – we pack everything ourselves, in the same factory.

  6. 06

    Labelling and release

    Every package gets a batch number and expiry date. A batch is released only once it is confirmed to meet the specification.

Our factory. Not a partner’s, not a “trusted supplier’s” – ours.

Most supplement brands order their products from manufacturers. We are the manufacturer. The factory at Statybininkų g. 1A-101, Vilnius, belongs to MB „MP GAMYBA“ – the same company that develops and sells GraSole.

So quality does not need to be “controlled” from a distance – we look after it from the ground up, here in Vilnius, and answer for it ourselves. There are no extra hands between our factory and you.
