What are the benefits for the body?
First, we allow the body to rest from heavy, hard-to-digest food.
By consuming real, live, and highly nutritious food in this way, a natural cleansing - detoxification - occurs.
Along with toxins, unnecessary kilograms dissolve, the skin becomes clearer and cleansed, and more energy appears.
It is also beneficial for slim people to rest their bodies. Since you are trying to eat a lot. Cold illnesses are often suffered. The body should be allowed to recover.
If you are using a mixture PURA , which you can sprinkle into juices, cocktails, mix with water, and additionally drink warm water or herbal tea. At night! 2 charcoal tablets (if there are no issues with the restroom) and 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil.

Preparing detox juices and nutritious smoothies.
In the morning, warm/hot water 200 ml with 0.5 lemon juice.
cocktail "Detox"1
1 slice of pineapple
1 apple
0.5 banana,
1/4 Lime,
A bunch of spinach or sunflower sprouts.
I highly recommend it for alkalizing the body. "Elixir" 2a.š
cocktail "Detox"2
2 kiwis,
0.5 apple,
0.5-1 banana,
1-2 cm of ginger root,
2 tbsp of ground flaxseeds,
A bunch of spinach or sunflower sprouts.
If you have, add 2 tbsp.  'GREEN POWDER/POWER", 
We put all the components into the blender. 
We pour water until submerged.
We beat/mix until smooth.
JUICES - PREJUICES
2 apples,
2 carrots,
0.5 celery root,
3cm ginger root.
LUNCH, VEGETABLE COCKTAIL
2 tomatoes,
1 Salt shaker stem,
1/4 red bell pepper,
1/4 oz cayenne.
Bunch of parsley.
We put the ingredients into the blender, add water until submerged. Blend until smooth.
AFTERNOONS. Juices
2 apples,
2 salt shaker stems,
2 carrots,
0.5 beetroot,
0.5 g of turmeric powder or turmeric root,
It is very beneficial to drink a cleansing mixture for the body.  'PURA". that you can mix with water, juices.
 
FOR DINNER
if you really want to eat and can't fall asleep :)
you can eat light salads or a spoonful of the mixture "PURA"  mix 0.5-1 cup of warm water.
For the night! 2 anglicus tablets and 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil.
