- Move every day. It is not necessary to go to a sports club or otherwise force yourself. It is enough to take an active walk in the fresh air for at least half an hour several times a day, it is even better to run, to move the lymph. At least 10-30 min. to exercise Exercise only with pleasure, then you won't have to use willpower, your body will want to move on its own. Start with easy warm-up movements, don't force yourself, but do a little more than is nice every now and then to warm up the muscles, so that toxins, old cells and unnecessary pounds are more easily removed.
- If there is absolutely no desire to move, you can always do a self-massage. Massage and touch, pamper yourself the way you like. The body feels where the energy has stopped, so you may want to press certain points on the face, palms, feet, you may want to massage the arms, legs, abdomen, face, head and hair with sliding movements. You may want to curl up, stretch and be in the strangest poses, just be, let your body heal itself, move what is most important to it at that moment. After such a free self-massage, you may want to exercise more actively. Because when energy starts to flow more freely, the body asks for load, movement.
- Be aware of your emotions, thoughts, feelings and sensations in your body. When anxiety, tension, or something irritates you, don't accumulate it, but right here or in the evening, find a few minutes to review and clear yourself, let go. All the balancing techniques and methods you like are suitable for this. The less you accumulate negative information, the cleaner and more energetic your body will be, and therefore your appearance.
A lot of tension and weight carried in the body are written on the face. Be alert when eating, communicating, thinking, because the beauty and vitality of the skin is a mirror of your well-being.
