Smoothies - the best food for quick and easy weight loss. Why?

The point is that properly selected ingredients allow the body to feel full, energized, and at the same time not overloaded. And most importantly, the body is not deprived of energy; on the contrary, it is full of energy and strength from nutritious, active substances.

You will need:

  • A slice of pumpkin
  • A stalk of celery
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • A slice of ginger
  • A quarter of a lime
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • A quarter tsp cayenne pepper

Put all the ingredients into a blender, add water until covered. Blend until smooth.

You can drink this smoothie every morning. Take it to work. Drink it instead of meals or between them.
