Detox-cleansing.
Give up for 21 days - better yet, permanently, if possible.
No white flour products and very few dark grain (rye flour) products. E.g., buns, baguettes, bread, and other baked goods.
They particularly pollute the intestines, have low nutritional value, and a high glycemic index. This means they raise blood sugar levels, which contributes to the risk of overweight and diabetes.

We give up alcohol
We do not consume sugar and its products.
Beneficial: warm water with lemon juice in the morning, drinking green smoothies, fresh fruit, vegetable, wheatgrass, and sunflower seed juices.
These products help remove putrefaction and fermentation pollutants from incorrect, acidic nutrition. Consume more vegetables: leafy, root vegetables, and seeds, nuts that should be soaked overnight. Walk more, move more, go to bed earlier - the body needs help removing toxins accumulated over winter.
