Now is the perfect time to cleanse yourself of the toxins and waste accumulated in your body during winter. Just as nature awakens, so too must we remove garbage and unnecessary things – not only from our homes but also from our bodies. Let's strive for new things to enter not only our bodies but also our lives :) Now is essential and very beneficial to shed unwanted pounds, regain energy, and the inspiration to live and create.

Detox-cleansing.
Give up for 21 days - better yet, permanently, if possible.
No white flour products and very few dark grain (rye flour) products. E.g., buns, baguettes, bread, and other baked goods.
They particularly pollute the intestines, have low nutritional value, and a high glycemic index. This means they raise blood sugar levels, which contributes to the risk of overweight and diabetes.

We give up alcohol consumption in any doses, meat and its products, dairy and its products, fried dishes - we replace them with lightly stewed or steamed dishes. We do not consume coffee; we replace it with tea.

We do not consume sugar and its products.
Beneficial: warm water with lemon juice in the morning, drinking green smoothies, fresh fruit, vegetable, wheatgrass, and sunflower seed juices.

These products help remove putrefaction and fermentation pollutants from incorrect, acidic nutrition. Consume more vegetables: leafy, root vegetables, and seeds, nuts that should be soaked overnight. Walk more, move more, go to bed earlier - the body needs help removing toxins accumulated over winter.
