Oatmeal with chia seeds in the evening. You can grind the seeds in a coffee grinder. In the morning, it is enough to warm up. In this way, the dish is extremely nutritious and pleasantly warm/hot. You can flavor it with honey, date paste. Place fruits, berries, sprinkle cinnamon on top. this time I flavored it with bananas and pomegranate seeds.
