Cities, air, food, cosmetics - polluted, a lot of stress, a lot of sitting, we eat "lavishly" - too many products that acidify the body - sugar and its products, a lot of fried, roasted food.
We eat so much and everything that we often suffer from colds, obesity and related diseases drain us, blood disorders torment us, refluxes, mood swings, a lot of smoking, a lot of alcohol, coffee, etc. Not much movement.
We take medications that block symptoms, but do not eliminate the cause. As a result of this lifestyle, we become our own enemies.
The further we go, the more we feel like poisoning ourselves. We no longer feel what my body truly needs.
We give in to receptor-controlled impulses - we eat not what truly nourishes us, what provides real energy, but what temporarily stimulates the pleasure centers. Yes, they say it's okay sometimes. Of course.. Where are the limits?
Modern medicine is advancing hand in hand with holistic approaches, creating world-class Detox centers.
In Switzerland and other cleaner areas, similar complexes are being created where people flock, realizing that the first step to healing oneself is to properly cleanse the body.
Only then do we start to feel again what we truly need. What food, products, and lifestyle are suitable for us.
However, modern people do not need detox days (which we can call detox) only those who are less interested may find them useful.
Not forgetting the most important thing - what age we are now, what surrounds us, and where and how we live, there are certainly different ways and many of them. I believe it's worth trying more than one to feel which one suits and matches your body.
