Why choose "CHAGA VINEGAR" herbal vinegar?

Made by fermenting chaga mushroom powder, which grows naturally in the BALTIC forests, with organic UNREFINED, UNFILTERED and UNPASTEURIZED wild apple cider vinegar. This creates an extract with a perfectly balanced taste.

Our vinegar is UNPASTEURIZED (!). Industrially produced vinegars are pasteurized, so they no longer have the characteristics of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is cloudy, and if stored opened, the sediment continues to increase. These are signs of further fermentation and evidence that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. Live and "unextinguished"!

The mushroom grows on trees in damp, marshy areas. The mushroom is recognizable by its rough, scaly exterior and irregular shape. The exterior of the mushroom is black, and the inside is brown or orange. The mushroom lives up to 20 years and can grow up to several tens of kilograms, and during that time it can accumulate various beneficial substances. It is not easy to remove it from the tree – a strong knife or axe can help. It is practically impossible to remove it without tools.

Chaga mushrooms have been used for thousands of years by people living in the North. Even from the 16th century, black birch mushrooms were used in Northeast folk medicine, and recent studies only confirm their positive properties.

Preparation and use:

1 tablespoon (~15ml) of vinegar mixed in a glass of water once a day before meals. If desired, sweeten with honey.

This corresponds to a daily intake of 13.5 ml of apple cider vinegar and 1.5 g of dry matter in powder form.

A small amount of sediment typical of apple cider vinegar may be present.
