I am often asked what to eat that is healthy and filling in the morning after drinking a green smoothie or instead of it... You don't have to do everything at once. Any medicine used incorrectly can become not very beneficial.

I recommend choosing porridges.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup of raw rolled oats (or hulled oat groats)
  • 1/4 cup of soaked raisins
  • 0.5 banana
  • ½ apple
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds or ground flaxseeds (golden ones are better)
  • a pinch of salt (to taste)
  • honey to taste
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

Soak whole-grain rolled oats in water to cover them. Leave overnight. You can do the same with raisins.
In the morning, warm the porridge together with chia seeds so they swell up to 42 C (not mandatory). Then add the soaked or unsoaked raisins, sliced banana, honey, salt, half an apple. Mix well.
Place in a bowl, top with the remaining apple slices, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
