Silky oatmeal with fruit
I am often asked what to eat healthy and full in the morning, after drinking a green smoothie or instead of a green smoothie... It is not necessary to do everything at once and at the same time.. Every medicine used incorrectly can become not very useful.
I recommend choosing porridges.
Ingredients:
0.5 cups of raw oatmeal (or oatmeal without hulls)
1/4 cup soaked raisins
0.5 banana
½ apple
2 v. sh. chia seeds or ground flax seeds (preferably golden)
pinch of salt (as needed)
honey to taste
½ tsp cinnamon
Making:
Cover the whole grain oatmeal with water to cover it. We leave it overnight. You can do the same with raisins.
In the morning, we heat the porridge together with the chia seeds to swell to 42 C (optional). Then we add soaked or unsoaked raisins, sliced banana, honey, salt, half an apple. We mix.
We put it on a plate, put the slices of the remaining apple, sprinkle with cinnamon.
