All minerals, ferments, and enzymes are preserved.
Broth:
  • Prepare with fermented light miso paste (preferably organic), which contains many enzymes beneficial for our gut and immunity. Pour into a blender with hot water.
  • 🧄Additionally, add ginger root, black pepper, garlic, cayenne. Blend together with 2 tbsp flaxseed or hemp oil. Taste and adjust to your preference!
  • Soak shiitake mushrooms in water beforehand, optionally with spices, garlic, etc.
  • 🥕 Grate carrots. Marinate with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon. This way, the carrots don't need to be cooked. They become soft and delicious.
  • 🥦 Cut broccoli finely, so it's pleasant to chew!
  • Chop zucchini into strips or slices.
  • Chop tomatoes and add when serving.
