Where can I track my order?
You can track your order, depending on the chosen carrier, on the websites of Venipak or LP express (Unisend).
International shipments can be tracked on the Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post) website.

What is the order delivery time?
We ship orders every business day. Deliveries within Lithuania usually take 1-3 business days. In other countries, delivery time depends on the location, but most often we deliver within 7-14 business days. How can I pay for my order?
In our online store, you can pay via e-banking through PayPal, Paysera, SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, and other banks, as well as with bank cards.
You can also purchase products at our physical store in Vilnius: Statybininkų g. 1A-108.
If you are unable to order products on the website or pay for your order using the specified methods, you can contact us at studija@grasole.com to generate/pay for your order. In such a case, we offer the option to pay via bank transfer.
It is NOT possible to pay the courier upon receipt of goods.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
