5. Immediately after payment, you will receive an email with your order confirmation number. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
When placing an order, you will be able to choose the most convenient delivery/pickup method for you:
1. Pickup at "GraSole" studio. You can pick up items ordered in the e-shop for free at any of our sales points: "GraSole" studio Statybininkų st. 1-102, Vilnius
Working hours: Mon-Thu: 9:00-18:00, Friday: 9:00-17:00, Sat-Sun: Closed
2. By LP Express/Venipak courier or parcel lockers Items ordered in the e-shop can be delivered to your nearest parcel locker or directly to your home in any Lithuanian city within 1-3 working days from the dispatch of the order. You will be informed about the shipment delivery by SMS message.
3. International delivery. All international orders are sent via Lithuanian Post. Delivery conditions of postal services may vary in different countries. Typically, the recipient is informed by a local post notification about a received shipment in their name, indicating the address of the post office or distribution point where they should pick up the shipment, or the shipment is delivered directly to their home.
ATTENTION!
The delivery cost, when placing an order and choosing the desired delivery method, is automatically calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the city/country to which it is sent.
