This is green tea from the 3rd harvest.
Preparation and use:
- Add 1/5 teaspoon (~2 g) of tea;
- Pour 80-100 ml of hot (but not boiling, ~50-80 °C) water;
- Whisk with a bamboo whisk, spoon, or hand mixer until thick green foam forms, and the tea becomes smooth and lump-free;
- Drink whenever you wish.

Preparation
For one serving, use approximately2 g of Matcha powder.
- Add Matcha to a bowl or cup.
- Pour80–100 mlof hot, but not boiling, water.
- Recommended water temperature is around50–80 °C.
- Whisk with a bamboochasenwhisk, a hand whisk, or stir well.
- Whisk until the Matcha is smooth and lump-free.
- If desired, add water, milk, or a plant-based drink.
