Ingredients (listed in descending order by quantity):

This is 100% Japanese green tea from the 1st and 2nd harvest.

Preparation and use:

  1. Add 1/5 of a teaspoon (~2 g) of tea;
  2. Pour 80-100 ml of hot (but not boiling, ~50-80 °C) water;
  3. Whisk with a bamboo whisk, spoon, or hand mixer until thick green foam forms, and the tea becomes smooth and lump-free;
  4. Drink anytime you desire.

Preparation

For one serving, use about 2 g of Matcha powder.

  1. Pour Matcha into a bowl or cup.
  2. Add 80–100 mlof hot, but not boiling, water.
  3. The recommended water temperature is about 50–80 °C.
  4. Whisk with a bamboo chasenwhisk, a hand whisk, or stir well.
  5. Whisk until the Matcha is smooth and lump-free.
  6. You can add water, milk, or a plant-based drink according to your taste.

  5. Sweeten to taste.

Matcha lemonade idea

MATCHA TRADITIONAL, due to its richer flavor, is also suitable for refreshing cold drinks.

Prepared Matcha can be combined with:

  • cold water;
  • ice cubes;
  • citrus fruits;
  • sweetener of your choice, to taste.
