Why choose "MATCHA TRADITIONAL" tea?
It is 100% Japanese green tea from the first and second harvest.
Matcha Traditional, also known as Classic Grade Matcha, is slightly inferior in quality to the Premium grade. It is still made from shade-grown tea leaves, but slightly older leaves may be used, and their harvesting process is not as meticulous. This matcha tea meets the standards set for premium Matcha teas – it maintains a vibrant green color and balanced taste. It is often used for everyday Matcha preparations, such as beverages, baked goods, etc.
