The average adult's skin area is about 1.5 - 2 square meters, and its weight is about 16% of body mass!!!

Skin allows us to feel touch, warmth. It also regulates body temperature and produces vitamin D when exposed to the sun.

Since skin is so important and covers all our organs, we must take comprehensive care of it.

 

  • Eat more fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, which are rich in antioxidants and fatty acids.
  • Drink enough water to keep your skin hydrated.
  • Sleep is the time when the skin regenerates. Try to sleep 7-8 hours a day.
