A la mozzarella

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
200 g of coconut flakes
300-400ml of water
juice of half a lemon
1st century sh. salt
2 cloves of garlic
fresh basil leaves
Making:
Add coconut chips to the cocktail blender, add water, lemon juice, salt, and add garlic. We shake well. A thick, spreadable mass should be obtained. If it is too liquid, add more coconut flakes.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread the prepared mozzarella cheese on them. We put it on a plate and cover it generously with basil leaves.
