So what are we making?
Popular @grazinagum yogurt :)
You will only need 2 ingredients:
 2 slices of pineapple
 and 0.5-1 pc. avocado 🥑
Place in a food processor/blender. 
Blend.
 When serving, garnish with seasonal or frozen berries, and your favorite nuts.
BY THE WAY - If you want a smoothie, you can additionally add water, spinach, and 0.5 lime.

"Hundreds of studies have shown that biologically active compounds in cranberries improve health. For example, polyphenols in cranberries have been shown to support a healthy urinary system and  protect against cardiovascular disease and other chronic conditions," says one of the review's authors, Dr. Jeffrey Blumberg. He is the director of the Antioxidant Research Laboratory and a professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.

In addition to protecting the urinary system and cardiovascular health, cranberries are considered to help inhibit the development of malignant tumors and protect against certain forms of cancer. Moreover, the same polyphenols that protect the urinary system from bacteria also remove them from the oral mucosa and teeth.

CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE

all components powerfully strengthen our health,

0.5 liters of cranberries

2 pcs bananas

3-4 cm ginger root

4-5 cm turmeric root

1 tbsp honey

Place all components in a blender/smoothie maker, add water until covered. Blend until smooth.

The smoothie is drunk in the mornings. Also during the day. As a meal or between meals.
