Immediately, a question arose – what is aquafaba? It's the liquid from chickpeas whipped until fluffy, resembling "cream." I mixed it with mashed bananas, a few tablespoons of corn flour, and we're ready to bake!.
Pancakes prepared in this way are suitable not only for vegans... not only for vegetarians or those intolerant to dairy products, gluten, etc., but for everyone who occasionally, or perhaps more often, wants to forgo or replace wheat flour, eggs, dairy products... Suitable for athletes!
Method:
To prepare 15-18 pancakes, you will need:
1 can of chickpea liquid or liquid from cooked chickpeas - about 100 ml (since they cook for a very long time, and if you want to bake pancakes very quickly - canned chickpeas are the solution).
4-5 ripe bananas
4-5 tablespoons of corn flour (if too thin, add more)

Whip the chickpea liquid until stiff peaks form – a "cream" consistency. The resulting mass is called aquafaba.
While the "cream" – aquafaba – is whipping, mash the bananas in a blender until smooth. While blending, you can add a pinch of real vanilla beans or a piece of vanilla pod.

Then, gently fold the prepared aquafaba into the mashed bananas.

Add the corn flour to the mixture. You can sift the corn flour before adding it to make it fluffier..

and gently mix with a whisk. This way, the flour doesn't clump..

Fry in a pan with oil or in a special pancake pan.

Place all components in a blender/mixer, add water until covered. Blend until smooth.
Drink the smoothie in the mornings. Also possible during the day, as a meal or between meals.
