It turns out-YES! This dessert is not only delicious, but it also has anti-cancer and immune-boosting properties, and the potassium source will strengthen your heart.
A light, delicious, and healthy dessert that is also suitable for breakfast. (It can additionally be eaten with oatmeal). The most important thing is that it is prepared very quickly. I think this is relevant for everyone :)

You will need:

Blackcurrant layer
0.5 cup of black currants (can be substituted with blueberries, bilberries)
1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds or ground chia seeds 
0.5 avocado
1 kg of honey
For the yellow layer;
1-2 slices of pineapple,
3-5 pcs of dried apricots
0.5 g of turmeric powder
1-2 cm of ginger root
Progress:
For the layer of currants, blend all the components with a blender. Soak the apricots in water for about 30 minutes, then blend them with the pineapple and other ingredients.

He is the director of the Antioxidants Research Laboratory and a professor at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.

In addition to protecting the urinary system and cardiovascular health, cranberries are believed to help inhibit the development of malignant tumors and protect against certain forms of cancer. Furthermore, the same polyphenols that protect the urinary system from bacteria also eliminate them from the oral mucosa and teeth.

CRANBERRY COCKTAIL

0.5 liters of cranberries

2 pcs bananas

3-4 cm of ginger root

4-5 cm of turmeric root

1 tbsp of honey

We place all the components into a blender, add water until submerged. Blend until smooth.

The cocktail is consumed in the mornings. It can also be enjoyed during the day. Like a meal or between meals.
