When you want something small, yet nutritious and incredibly delicious...

Preparation:

1 avocado,

2-3 tomatoes,

0.5 red onion,

a bunch of cilantro, more can be added,

1 red bell pepper,

0.5 lemon's juice,

0.1-1 tsp salt

0.5 tsp cayenne or chili,

0.5 tsp black pepper,

0.5 tsp cumin,

0.5 tsp ground coriander,

5 tbsp oil (I use cold-pressed olive oil)

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until almost smooth. That's it. Taste. Adjust the intensity of the flavor to your liking.

Serve with corn tortillas and vegetable sticks.
