Brussels sprouts - a very valuable, healing vegetable.
But highly undervalued... The comment - we don't know how to prepare it deliciously.

Brussels sprouts are recommended for atherosclerosis, anemia, ischemic heart disease, constipation, insomnia, diabetes, pancreatic dysfunction, bronchitis, asthma, tuberculosis, respiratory diseases, allergies.
Its juice has wound-healing, bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating, restorative effects, and is good for cancer prevention. Suitable for
Brussels sprouts are rich in folic acid, vit C, vit B.
PREPARATION
Wash, cut off the stem, cut in half.
Place everything in a pan, pour in very little water. Cover with a lid. Leave to stew for 5 minutes. Separately, mix coconut milk powder or ground cashews (3-4 tablespoons) with warm water, add 1-2 teaspoons of Asian or Thai spice mix. Taste. You can add cayenne or chili, heat for a few minutes and turn off. Leave for 5-10 minutes. That's it.

You can eat it with seasonal vegetables. Since I prepared it in winter, the photo is with sauerkraut :)
