Wow! Finally, I will reveal my signature recipe J thanks to which I got into the TV reality show "Skonis". It was a particularly fun experience... Especially since I was representing an unusual cuisine. And it was this lasagna that impressed the members of the commission J So I had to join the hon. Romo Zakarevičius' team...

Lasagna or vegetable slaw

So try it and judge for yourself what kind of lasagna it is...

So we start creating...;) it will be necessary;

1 zucchini,

1 tomato,

1 cucumber,

4-5 units of sun-dried tomatoes,

champions,

1 red onion,

1st century sh. italian spices

0.5 lemon juice,

0.5 a. sh. salt,

spinach leaves.

Homemade tomato sauce

2 tomatoes,

½ lemon juice,

2nd century sh. soy sauce,

2nd century sh. olive oil,

2nd century sh. minced onion,

3 cloves of garlic,

4-5 pcs. sun-dried tomatoes,

a pinch of salt,

can be flavored with 2-3 dates.

We put all the ingredients in a blender. We rub until smooth consistency.

Nut cheese

0.5 glass. sunflower seeds in half with cashews,

¼ century sh. salt (if you add miso paste, do not add salt)

1 tbsp. sh. miso paste,

1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast

1 clove of garlic,

¼ century sh. black pepper. Water up to half of the products. We rub with a blender to a smooth consistency.

Pesto sauce

½ glass. almonds,

a clove of garlic,

½ lemon juice,

½ century sh. salt,

bunch of fresh basil

1/2 glass. olive oil.

We put all the ingredients in a blender. We rub until smooth consistency.

We are preparing lasagna (to layer)

Cut the champignons and red onion and marinate them separately with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. We leave it until we prepare other products. Chop other vegetables. We cut the zucchini sheets lengthwise.

We layer: a layer of zucchini sheets, vegetables, sauce (tomato or pesto), then again a layer of zucchini sheets, and so several layers to the top. Decorate the top with nut cheese and sprinkle with ground nuts or you can add rich Greek spreads
