we already know that there is little we can find healthier and more nutritious than wild plants grown in nature (there are also nutritious algae, nutritious mushrooms like chaga, mummy minerals from the mountains, which you can buy here ;) . Therefore, let's consume as much wild food as possible in our diet. In this way, we will supplement our body with the most valuable substances, minerals and vitamins.

RECIPE;

0.5 glass. chopped fresh cabbage,

1 short-fruited cucumber,

2 tbsp. chopped onion leaves,

SUNFLOWER CREAM,

¼ glass. sunflower seeds (soaking overnight would be healthier. It becomes alive - the nutritional value is higher, it cleans itself from pollutants) by the way, sunflowers provide not only protein, but also iron.

¼ lemon juice, 0.5 a. tsp salt,

¼ tsp ground black pepper,

A splash of water. Monitor for consistency. It should be like a thick sauce/cream.

Process: Sour cream components If you don't have a powerful blender, grind the sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder. Then we grind all the components with a blender to a smooth consistency.
