You will need:
Cucumber,
Tomato,
Lettuce leaves,
0.5 avocado,
Red onions (marinated briefly with a pinch of salt and a dash of lemon juice)
2-3 sprigs of cilantro,
1/4 Red bell pepper,
For the dressing:
0.5 lemon juice,
5 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil (choose your favorite)
1/4 tsp salt,
0.5 tsp ground coriander,
1 clove garlic,
0.5 tsp cayenne or chili,
0.5 tsp honey.
Blend the dressing ingredients or mix them very well.
Mix the chopped vegetables with the dressing.
