Pumpkin - a super vegetable. Valuable and beneficial for the kidneys. Especially valuable during the colder seasons when kidneys function slower.
PREPARATION:
Cut the pumpkins into large pieces.
Mix with spices, salt, and drizzle with oil.
Transfer to a baking tray.
Bake for about 30 min at 180°C.
Then blend with a mixer, adding boiled-hot water. You can also grind with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds for a more filling and nutritious meal.
