Quickly, Nutritiously, Satisfyingly and Deliciously

️Lentils - one of the most nutritious plant-based protein sources. ️There are several types of lentils.
All of them should be soaked overnight. This way they become alive, nutritious, full of minerals and active nutrients.
This way, they can be eaten raw or briefly heated, boiled...
️This time I prepared them from red lentils, which are hulled (less nutritious) but quick to prepare!
I flavored them with pureed chanterelle mushrooms!
It's worth consuming products that cleanse the body (chanterelle mushrooms have properties that help expel parasites from the body!)

PREPARATION:

️Wash the lentils thoroughly and boil them. For about 10-15 min.
Turn off the stove. Season with various spices and herbs: curry, salt, cayenne, black pepper, dill, parsley, spring onions, oil or ghee. Leave to soak while you prepare the chanterelles.
️Clean the chanterelles thoroughly, wash them. Sauté in a pan with a small amount of water for up to 15 min. Then season with onions, salt, black pepper, a splash of fat (oil, ghee, coconut oil)
️Here's the trick! I pureed the seasoned chanterelles in a blender/mixer with the water they were cooked in.
Then I mixed them with the lentils!
And voilà!
It turned out to be a super delicious and very gourmet, easily digestible dish!
When serving, I garnished it with hemp seeds and basil leaves.
Eat with fresh vegetables, freshly pickled cucumbers.
Also suitable! The "Kefir" whose recipe I shared earlier.

In addition to protecting the urinary system and cardiovascular health, cranberries are believed to help inhibit the development of malignant tumors and protect against certain forms of cancer. Furthermore, the same polyphenols that protect the urinary system from bacteria also remove them from the oral mucosa and teeth.

CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE

all components powerfully strengthen our health,

0.5 liters of cranberries

2 bananas

3-4 cm ginger root

4-5 cm turmeric root

1 tbsp honey

Place all components in a blender/mixer, pour water until covered. Blend until smooth.

The smoothie is drunk in the mornings. Can also be consumed during the day. As a meal or between meals.
