As always, an easy, quick, and unique snack for your lunch or dinner!

Servings: 1-2

Preparation time: 10 min

Ingredients:

For the base:
5-7 tomato slices

For the almond spread:
1/8 cup almonds
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 carrot
25 g spinach
25 g arugula
sprig of basil
1/4 orange bell pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a blender/smoothie maker or food processor and blend. Spread on tomato slices. Garnish with a spinach leaf.

You can spread this not only on tomatoes but also on zucchini, cucumber, or crackers.
