Rhubarb is best enjoyed from late spring until Midsummer, during which time they are - the most nutritious and valuable.

Rhubarb contains antioxidants that help to more easily overcome various ailments and help reduce "bad" cholesterol.

Rhubarb stalks are an excellent source of fiber. They are beneficial for good digestion and peristalsis.

 

Rhubarb is rich in vitamin K, which supports normal blood clotting in the body. source of vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.

Boiled or thermally processed rhubarb loses its beneficial properties. Therefore, I recommend a great dessert that I created and many have already loved.

"Rhubarb dessert"

You will need:

  • 2 pcs. rhubarb without skin
  • 0.5 cups of apricots, soaked in hot water for about 10-15 minutes.
  • 0.5 avocado

We put all the ingredients into a blender or a food processor with an S-shaped blade. We blend. There may be some unblended pieces of apricot left. A tastier accent :).
