Sunflower seeds - extremely nutritious, valuable seeds!
50 g of seeds contain the daily iron allowance. They are rich in valuable minerals, vitamins, and enzymes, which become active and well-absorbed precisely when sprouted.
I soaked about 200 g of dry hulled sunflower seeds overnight in cold water.
The next day, rinse and leave to dry for another day. Although foods can be consumed after a few hours of soaking.
After soaking in water and keeping dry, sunflower seeds sprout exceptionally well.
Then you can prepare soups, sauces, spreads, make plant-based milk, cheeses, etc.

Method:
- 2 cups (400 ml) sprouted sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cup sauerkraut
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp caraway seeds
- 0.5 tbsp horseradish
- 0.5-1 tsp salt (to taste)
- For thickness, you can add 1 avocado.
- Place the ingredients in a blender/food processor. Add water. Blend until smooth.
Additionally:
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3-4 or more short-fruited cucumbers (depending on the number of eaters and desired consistency).
Chop the additional ingredients separately. Grate the cucumbers with a coarse grater or into thin strips. Add these components to the already blended first mixture. Mix or simply place them on top or at the bottom of the plate :)
Serve alone or with oven-baked potatoes. Cut the potatoes, drizzle with oil, salt, and spices (e.g., ground caraway, garlic, black pepper). Then bake the potatoes in the oven! ENJOY :)
