The benefits of beets

Beets help not only to get rid of weight, but also to treat candidiasis, to remove parasites from the body. 1 glass of black currants
1 pear
1 apple

Cooking:
We blend all the ingredients in a blender. You can additionally sweeten with a teaspoon of honey.

1 small green beet (leaves can also be used)
1-2 cucumbers
bunch of dill
2 green onion stalks
bunch of dill
half a lemon juice
0.5 l of water
0.5 kg of salt
a pinch of black pepper
Cooking:
We grate the beetroot and briefly "marinate" it to soften, with a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and honey. If you want thicker and heartier cold beet soup – blend water with a pinch of cashew nuts, a pinch of salt, and a splash of lemon – it will be similar to kefir.
Pour the prepared water-kefir into a bowl or plate (you can freeze-cool it in the refrigerator beforehand), add the "marinated" beets, chopped cucumbers, green onion tops, dill, top with sunflower "sour cream," and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.

Beetroot salad with sunflower cream

These salads are one of my favorites during the cold season when it's beneficial to strengthen the immune system. Beets have been known for a long time as an extremely perfect vegetable for improving blood quality. Prepared this way, the beet is very well absorbed by the body after a short "marinating" process. This year, the beet, as a vegetable with beauty and weight loss properties, is number 1 in France!!! So let's go ahead and become more resistant to viruses!

1 medium raw green beetroot
1/4 cup of lemon juice
0.5 kg of salt
1 kg of honey
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 oz. cayenne
