Ingredients for the pudding:
300 ml almond milk, (soak the nuts for a few hours and blend with clean water, strain) if you want to prepare it quickly without blending, then use cashews, Brazil nuts, or macadamia nuts.
3-4 years old chia seeds
1-2 years old honey
2 tbsp cocoa (or carob) if you want chocolate pudding
1/4 cup of natural vanilla beans
Cooking:
we pour chia seeds into the milk, mix well with a spoon, and let it soak for half an hour.
Date jam
0.5 cup of dates
0.5 fresh or frozen black currants
0.5 a.s cinnamon
Soak the dates in warm water until they soften for 15-30 minutes. Drain the water.
Grind in a food processor or blender.
In the selected dish, we place chia pudding, banana slices, apple wedges, date jam, and garnish with apple slices, a mint leaf, and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
