Quince seeds are widely used in folk medicine. They are used for gastroenteritis, spasmodic colitis, inflammatory respiratory diseases (bronchitis or laryngitis), sore throat, fever, and increased gas in the intestines. They act as a toxin cleanser, help with respiratory ailments, reduce fever, and alleviate stomach and liver problems.

You can use this jam by dissolving it in water as a drink, adding it to fruit smoothies, using it in desserts, or mixing it with other berries. If making tea, do not boil the water to preserve the vitamins!

Ingredients:

2 cups of scooped and chopped quince halves with seeds

Preparation:

First, add 2-3 tablespoons of honey to the bottom of the blender, if you're not freezing it. If freezing, it's better to add the honey after thawing. Then, add 0.5 cups of chopped quince. Blend.
Then, add another 0.5 cups at a time until all the quince is blended. Put it into containers and freeze.

When using the jam, thaw it and you can mix it with honey or mashed dates.
