Oatmeal is an excellent source of protein and fiber; eating it improves metabolism and increases muscle mass. The most nutritious are real oats - not flakes.
Soak them overnight. In the morning, boil for 15 minutes. Season with a teaspoon of ghee butter or cedar oil, and a pinch of salt. Blend with a blender-mixer.
Separately, briefly steam vegetables; broccoli, peas with pods or zucchini, or even Brussels sprouts. When serving, sprinkle with pine nuts.
Such oatmeal will be particularly delicious, gourmet - and does not raise insulin, which is especially important for preventing or treating inflammation and diseases in the body.
