A great and delicious alternative. Suitable for eating alone, with vegetables, making "burgers", taking to work, or picnics. Suitable for athletes - as a source of plant-based protein.

You will need:

1 cup (200 ml) red beans (can be soaked overnight or briefly boiled)

1 cup (200 ml) chickpeas (also soaked overnight and boiled. you can use sprouted)

3-4 tbsp oat flour (if you are intolerant, replace with pumpkin flour or other)

6-8 pcs sun-dried tomatoes

0.51 pc onion

1 bunch cilantro (you can use parsley)

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Mash the beans together with the chickpeas. Chop the onion and cilantro separately. Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Form patties of desired size. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. You can eat immediately. The rest can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can freeze them.
