Unexpected composition. Perfect taste. Excellent result.
This winter smoothie is suitable for drinking both in the morning and in the evening - instead of dinner or between meals.
You will need:
1/4 beetroot (raw)
1/4 glass of sauerkraut
0.5 apple
0.5 avocado
2-3 tbsp cranberries
0.5 tsp caraway seeds
2-3 walnuts
Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor, add water until covered. Blend until smooth.
