Anti-flu cocktails
STRENGTHENING IMMUNITY.
Unexpected composition. Perfect taste. Great result.
Such a cocktail is suitable for drinking both in the morning and in the evening - instead of lunch, dinner or between meals.
It will take;
1/4 beetroot (uncooked)
1/4 cup sauerkraut
0.5 apple
0.5 avocado
2-3 tablespoons of cranberries
0.5 tbsp cumin
2-3 pcs. walnuts
We put all the components in a blender/grinder, pour water until it is covered. Beat until smooth.

will need;
1 round pineapple
1 banana
1/4-0.5- lime
2 cm of ginger

"Pomegranate Cocktail"
0.5-1 pcs. pomegranate
1 pineapple slice
2-3 cm. ginger
1 banana or 1 tbsp chia seeds
We put all the components in a blender (cocktail-blender) and pour water until it is covered. We rub until smooth consistency. Delicious and healthy :)
Cocktail "Vitamin Load"
especially refreshing, delicious.. Super for immunity :)
2 pieces of kiwi,
1 apple,
2 cm. ginger (if you are preparing for children, you can add less)
0.5 lime with peel,
0.5-1 as "Elixir" powder,
You can sweeten with honey. if you want a milder taste, add a banana.
We put the ingredients in a blender, pour water to cover, beat until smooth.
