Anti-flu smoothies

You will need:
1/4 beetroot (uncooked)
1/4 cup sauerkraut
0.5 apple
0.5 avocado
2-3 tbsp cranberries
0.5 tsp caraway seeds
2-3 pcs walnuts
Place all ingredients in a blender, add water until covered. Blend until smooth.
"Pineapple Barberry"

You will need:
1 pineapple
1 banana
1/4-0.5 lime
2 cm ginger
Place in a blender, add water until covered. Blend.

"Pomegranate Smoothie"

1 pc pomegranate
1 pc pineapple
2-3 cm ginger
1 banana or 1 tbsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender (smoothie maker-blender), add water until covered. Blend until smooth. Enjoy and to your health :)
"Vitamin Boost" Smoothie

Extremely refreshing, delicious... Super for immunity :)
2 pcs kiwis,
1 apple,
2 cm ginger (if preparing for children, you can use less)
0.5 lime with peel,
0.5-1 tsp Elixir powder,
You can sweeten with a tablespoon of honey. If you want a milder taste, add a banana.
Place ingredients in a blender, add water until covered, blend until smooth.
