Quick to prepare, nutritious, and delicious :) 

What makes this delicacy special?

No flour, no sugar, no baking. No gluten.

Preparing:

  • 0.5 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 of a pineapple or 0.5 cup of black currants
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 5 pieces of dates (if dried, soak in water for 15 minutes) or honey
  • 1 a.m. cinnamon
  • 0.5 v.s coconut oil
  • a pinch of salt

We put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
