Much has been written about the benefits of seaweed. It is an extremely nutritious and beneficial product for us.
But how to prepare it deliciously?
You will need:
0.5 beetroot
A slice of pumpkin
0.5 glass of seaweed
Lemon juice, salt,
Black and white sesame seeds.
For the sauce:
1/4 lemon juice
1 tbsp light Miso paste, its flavor can be replaced by grinding a handful of cashews with a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, a splash of water
(beneficial as it's fermented)
1 tbsp oil
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
1 clove of garlic
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.
Preparation
Cut the beetroot and pumpkin into strips. Mix with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to soften them.
Soak the seaweed in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
Once the seaweed has softened, serve the prepared vegetables on a plate, pour the sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
