About nut flour production.

When preparing almond milk or other nut milks, we soak the nuts in water overnight.
Blend them with water. Strain, and then dry the pulp in a food dehydrator. Various nuts can be used: almonds, hazelnuts. You can also use sunflower, pumpkin, or sesame seeds. You can choose a dehydrator according to your budget: more expensive but good options are EXCALIBUR and SEDONA. I personally use EXCALIBUR – they are reliable and good. Unfortunately, I don't have experience with dehydrators from other brands at the moment. Previously, I used a simple, round-shaped fruit dryer with a thermometer – it's important to measure the temperature to prevent the product you are drying from overheating, otherwise there's no point in drying it. Store the flour in an airtight container. Use it like regular flour for preparing desserts. The best temperature is 42-47°C. Then, enzymes and active nutrients remain potent.
