Wow! I'm finally going to reveal my signature recipe, thanks to which I got into the TV reality show "Skonis" (Taste). It was a particularly fun experience, especially since I represented an unusual cuisine. And it was this lasagna that captivated the judges, leading me to join Mr. Romas Zakarevičius's team...

So taste it yourselves and evaluate what kind of lasagna this is...
Let's start creating....;)
You will need:
1 zucchini,
1 tomato,
1 cucumber,
4-5 pcs. sun-dried tomatoes,
Mushrooms,
1 red onion,
1 tsp. Italian spices,
0.5 lemon juice,
0.5 tsp. salt,
Spinach leaves,
Homemade tomato sauce,
2 tomatoes,
½ lemon juice,
2 tsp. soy sauce,
2 tsp. olive oil,
2 tsp. ground onions,
3 cloves of garlic,
4–5 pcs. sun-dried tomatoes,
a pinch of salt,
Can be seasoned with 2–3 dates.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Nut cheese
0.5 cup sunflower seeds, half with cashews,
¼ tsp. salt (if using miso paste, do not add salt)
1 tbsp. miso paste,
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove of garlic,
¼ tsp. black pepper. Add water up to half the level of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pesto sauce
½ cup almonds,
clove of garlic,
½ lemon juice,
½ tsp. salt,
a bunch of fresh basil,
1/2 cup olive oil.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Preparing the lasagna (layered dish)
Slice the mushrooms and red onion and marinate separately with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Let them sit while you prepare the other ingredients. Chop the other vegetables. Slice the zucchini into thin sheets lengthwise.
Layering: a layer of zucchini sheets, vegetables, sauce (tomato or pesto), then another layer of zucchini sheets, and so on for several layers until the top. Garnish the top with nut cheese and sprinkle with ground nuts.
