We are preparing a highly nutritious smoothie that can help strengthen the body after winter.

 

2 glasses of frozen berries - blackcurrants (you can add cranberries, lingonberries, whatever you have:), 

2 bananas,

a handful of ground elder or other greens, such as spinach; you can add sprouts - e.g., alfalfa,

add water until covered. Blend until smooth.

If you want it sweeter, you can add a date or a teaspoon of honey while blending.
