Overnight soaked flaxseeds are suitable for preparing live #resourceful porridge/smoothies - it's MEDICINE!
It heals stomach and intestinal mucous membranes and has #anti-inflammatory effects.
Flaxseeds are rich in good fats, known as polyunsaturated fatty acids - these are ANTI-INFLAMMATORY fats. They are abundant in omega-3, omega-6, monounsaturated fatty acids, stearic acid, and palmitic acid, all of which greatly benefit brain function, and good brain function positively affects the entire functioning of our body.

Since people in Lithuania consume very few alkalizing products, we greatly need to supplement our bodies with omega fats, which are very abundant in flaxseeds.Recipe:
0.5 cups of flaxseeds
1 banana
Berries, seeds
Preparation:
In the evening, rinse the flaxseeds under running water. Then soak them in cold water.
In the morning, blend them with a blender/smoothie maker, adding more warm water.

Once the seeds are ground, add a banana or, for example, soaked plums.

The texture of the porridge becomes even silkier.

In the colder months, the porridge can be briefly warmed for comfort.
Garnish the prepared porridge with berries, seeds, date syrup, or honey.

This porridge, eaten in the mornings, is a true medicine for your body and an energy boost for the whole day!
