Warm food, soup for autumn :)

You will need:
Zucchini noodles,
Red bell pepper,
Mushrooms,
Cilantro,
Coconut milk:
– You can make the soup with store-bought coconut milk, but such milk is overheated.
– You can make your own coconut milk: blend a fresh coconut with water. To maintain the milk's consistency and thickness, I blended it with 1 tbsp ground golden flaxseeds (they have no bread taste and a neutral smell), lime juice and zest, cumin, ground cilantro, cayenne, salt.

Instructions:
Heat the coconut milk until it's quite warm, almost hot, and add the zucchini noodles, red bell pepper, and mushrooms. You can lightly fry or warm the mushrooms.
Sprinkle generously with fresh, chopped cilantro on top.
