Beets become an absolutely irreplaceable product for those suffering from liver diseases, restoring the intestinal microflora.
Beets are a wonderful gentle laxative. However, even large amounts of consumed beets will not cause diarrhea. 
Your bowel movements will become regular. This unique vegetable helps restore the necessary intestinal microflora and suppress pathogenic bacteria, neutralizes toxic substances, and removes them from the body. In this way, all internal organs are cleansed, and the complexion and overall well-being improve, while the immune system is strengthened.
Please note - it is recommended to eat as many beets raw as possible. Cooked beets lose a wealth of nutrients.

"Beet-black currant" cocktail. Extremely nutritious!

Number of servings: 1
Cooking time: 5 min

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of black currants
  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • a bundle of beet greens or Swiss chard.

Water to saturation.

Cooking:

We blend all the ingredients in a blender. You can additionally sweeten with a teaspoon of honey.

 

 ”Raw (in English, thermally unprocessed) cold beet soup”

Ingredients:

  • 1 small green beet (leaves can also be used)
  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • bunch of dill
  • 2 green onion stalks
  • bunch of dill
  • half a lemon juice
  • 0.5 l of water
  • 0.5 kg of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper

Cooking:

We grate the beetroot and briefly "marinate" it to soften, with a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and honey. If you want thicker and heartier cold beet soup – blend water with a pinch of cashew nuts, a pinch of salt, and a splash of lemon – it will be similar to kefir.
Pour the prepared water-kefir into a bowl or plate (you can freeze-cool it in the refrigerator beforehand), add the "marinated" beets, chopped cucumbers, green onion tops, dill, top with sunflower "sour cream," and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
