Delicious beetroot salad,

We know that beetroot is a valuable vegetable for immunity and blood improvement.
However, we always ask the question - how to deliciously prepare this vegetable so that it is tasty and nutritious?
You will need;
1 pc. raw-uncooked beetroot,
2 pcs apples,
1 avocado,
1 red onion,
1 pc lemon juice, to taste - salt, 0.5 tsp honey, a pinch of cayenne, a pinch of black pepper.
Preparation;
Grate the beetroot. Mix with 0.5 lemon juice, a pinch of salt, honey and cayenne. We call this marinating while we prepare the other ingredients.
Chop or grate the red onion, mash with a splash of lemon and a pinch of salt. Leave to marinate.
Grate the apples, mix with the marinated beetroot. Then add the sliced avocado and place the marinated onion on top.
Sprinkle with crushed black pepper.
